Anleitung
1. to produce smaller bars of soap, the raw soap can be processed in portions. To do this, remove the raw soap from the packaging, cut out pieces vertically and melt down as required.
2. the raw soap can be melted in smaller pieces in a water bath at approx. 75 °C or directly in the 1 kg packaging in the microwave for approx. 2 minutes. As soon as the raw soap has melted completely, additives such as colours, fragrances, glitter, flowers etc. can be added and everything mixed slowly and thoroughly. A total of up to 3 % additives, of which a maximum of 1 % fragrance, can be added to the raw soap.
3. the finished soap mixture can either harden in the packaging or be poured into suitable soap moulds. Pour the liquid soap base slowly into the soap mould and spray the mould with rubbing alcohol to prevent bubbles from forming on the surface of the soap. Allow the soap to cool and harden completely before removing it from the mould. The soap bars will come off more easily if they are left in a cool place for 24 hours. Once the soap has hardened completely, you can pack it as required.
