Shipping Terms

The delivery takes place in the inland (Germany) and to the following countries: Albania, Bosnia-Herzeg., Bulgaria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova (Rep), Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City, Belarus, Cyprus. All other countries on request.

Shipping costs

Shippping costs are listed below without (net) and with (gross) the German value added tax (VAT).

Deliveries in Germany:

We calculate the shipping costs according to net weight of the ordered goods. An indication of the total shipping costs of your order takes place in the shopping cart. The gross amounts are based on 19 % VAT.

Deliveries within Germany by DHL courier:

up to 1,0 kg - € 3,78 net - € 4,50 gross
up to 5,0 kg - € 5,80 net - € 6,90 gross
up to 10,0 kg - € 8,40 net - € 10,00 gross
up to 25 kg - € 15,00 net - € 17,85 gross
per additional 25 kg to 150 kg or part thereof - 17,85 € gross - possibly delivery in several packages

From 150 kg: forwarding - delivery on pallets.

150,1 kg - 300 kg - 130,00 € net - € 154,70 gross
300,1 kg - 500 kg - 165,00 € net - € 196,35 gross
500,1 kg - 1000 kg - 220,00 € net - € 261,80 gross

For the dispatch of higher quantities (forwarding agency dispatch) we charge depending upon place of delivery on request.

If the delivery takes place on Euro exchange pallets, the pallets are to be exchanged with delivery. Non-exchanged Euro pallets will be charged at € 25.00 net per piece.

For self collection:

We offer self collection from an order value of 25 €. In this case, a flat rate of € 2.50 gross packaging costs will be charged. The collection can take place at the earliest one day after receipt of the order. The pick-up times are: Mon - Fri: 10 am - 4 pm.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the forwarding expenses abroad according to net weight of the ordered goods. We ship with 'DHL Paket Connect' or 'DHL International Economy'. The stated freight costs are in gross (bto.) - they include the German VAT. For companies with valid VAT. ID No. abroad as well as private customers outside the EU, freight costs will automatically be reduced by the German value added tax upon checkout.

Belgium, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic:

up to 1,0 kg - 13,60 €
per further kg or part thereof up to 25 kg: 13,60 € plus 1,25 € per kg
each additional 25 kg or part thereof: 43,60 €

Example: The freight costs for a shipment with a net goods weight of 20 kg cost (incl. regular VAT of 19%) 37.35 € (13.60 € plus 1.25 € x 19), a shipment with a net goods weight of 38 kg costs 87.20 € (13.60 € plus 1.25 € x 24 = 43.60 € plus 43.60 € for the second 25 kg or part thereof).

Albania, Bosnia-Herzeg., Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova (Rep.), Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City, Belarus, Cyprus:

up to 1,0 kg - 18,90 € gross
per further kg or part thereof: 18,90 € plus 1,79 € per kg.
each additional 25 kg or part thereof: 61,86 €

Example: The freight costs for a shipment with a net product weight of 20 kg is 52.91 € (incl. regular VAT of 19%) (18.90 € plus 1.79 € x 19), a shipment with a net product weight of 38 kg is 123.72 € (18.90 € plus 1.79 € x 24 = 61.86 € plus 61.86 € for the second 25 kg or part thereof).

For the dispatch of larger quantities of more than 500 kg (shipping) abroad, we charge the shipping costs on request. Please contact us for a freight offer.

Unless otherwise stated, we ship the goods duty paid to the EU. The prices for non-EU countries do not include customs costs or customs clearance fees. Shipment is based on CPT, Incoterms 2010.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. DHL usually does not deliver to businesses on Saturdays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Terms of payment

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

Prepayment by bank transfer
Payment by PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice)
Payment by invoice after prior credit check

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

Prepayment by bank transfer
Payment by PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice)
Payment by invoice after prior credit check

Further payment details:

Payment against invoice is usually possible after the second successful order paid by prepayment or Paypal. Please contact us to get approved for payment against invoice.

The invoice amount is to be settled within 7 days after date of invoice.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
