Carnauba wax type 4, flakes

Carnauba wax Type 4 is a high quality carnauba wax. It is extracted from the open leaves of the Carnauba palm and has a dark brown greenish color. The smell is Carnauba typically vegetable and very pleasant.

Use of carnauba wax:

Carnauba wax is the highest melting natural wax with a melting point of more than 80 °C. It is very hard when melted but very thin, making it an ideal wax for various special applications.

Carnauba wax has been and still is used in polishes, for example. Carnauba wax is also used in products such as special inks, lacquers and shoe polishes.
