STW Wick for Soy Wax Candles

Our STW wick is specifically designed for soy wax and ensures a clean, even burn, making it perfect for scented candles. Thanks to its optimal flame stability, it supports the even release of essential oils, allowing the aroma of the candle to fully develop. This ensures that the candle burns beautifully for longer while efficiently releasing the fragrance.

This waxed cotton wick is made from pure, unbleached cotton, free of borax, and provides a stable flame with excellent flame stability. With a length of 10 cm and a sturdy metal base, it is especially well-suited for scented candles in glass jars made with soy waxes like NatureWax® C-1, C-3 oder C-310 The wick reduces soot and mushrooming formation, ensuring your candle burns evenly and releases its fragrance in the most efficient way.

Our wicks are made in Germany under the highest quality standards. They are not only vegan, but also sustainably produced, meeting RAL quality standards.

Using the STW Wick for Soy Wax Candles

Place the wick for soy wax candles into the mold and carefully pour in the melted soy wax. To prevent the wick from shifting during the cooling process, we recommend using wax adhesive tabs, which will ensure stability during the candle-making process.

Size Variants for Different Candle Diameters

The STW wick is available in 3 variants:

  • STW 50: For candles with a diameter of approximately 5 cm
  • STW 70: For candles with a diameter of approximately 7 cm
  • STW 90: For candles with a diameter of approximately 9 cm

Notes

Round wicks like the STW wick are not suitable for molding candles. The burn behavior of a candle depends on several factors, including the type of wax, the melt point of the wax, the diameter of the candle, and the addition of colorants and fragrance oils. To achieve the best results, we recommend testing the wick with your individual candle project before placing a larger order.
