My name is Benjamin Lindenau and I am the founder and managing director of DistrEbution GmbH in Hamburg.
We are raw material trader with a focus on waxes, resins, acids, paints and other ingredients.
I worked in the classic raw materials trade for many years. Even nowadays - you wouldn't believe it - a lot of commodity trading is still done 'offline' and ordering raw materials via shops is rather rare. That's why I founded DistrEbution GmbH in 2018 to combine raw materials expertise and online trading - because why shouldn't raw materials with a long tradition, such as paraffin waxes, beeswaxes or shellac, be able to be sold more online?
The growth of the last three years shows that the idea is bearing fruit. Both private customers looking for a few kilos of soy wax for their own candle creations and business customers who need a stearic acid with a certain C-chain distribution for a new project, for example, and want to test a bag, get the same fast and competent service from us.
Standard products from our warehouse in Hamburg Bergedorf are shipped the same day - by DHL - until 2 p.m., or if it has to be very fast, by DHL Express. And, if required, worldwide.
Since we ship directly from Hamburg, many deliveries reach our customers the very next day.
